I am now a single South African mother of a five year old baby boy who's father is a brazilian diplomat and who was born in Paraguay.
My predicament is that i wanted to claim child support and to have my son registered as a brazilian as he holds a Paraguayan passport plus a South african one.
My sons father has imformed that he cannot be given the passport as itis a diplomatic one and i wondered if you could clarify that for me.
Further more what other avenues can I take in trying to claim child support from him.
