I am in urgent need of a comment on the Carriage by Air Act which amendments refelct amendments to the Warsaw Convention. In terms of Article 29, limitations are restricted to 2 years. No extention by agreement or otherwise are mentioned. The only commentary I can fined, sugguest that by it's silence, the Act provides for the domestic law to covern extentions. my question, may extentions be granted after the 2 year limitations period?
