Much of the field of admiralty law is dedicated to the rights of seamen. On the Links Page, there are two (2) links in particular that should be of use. Obviously, there is no way to tell whether or not you have a basis for legal protection under your individual circumstances without consulting an attorney. Admiralty is a very specialized practice so you should seek the services of one who practices admiralty law on a regular basis. Best of luck.
