Hello,

I'm doing a dissertation on the international regulation of education with a focus on GATS. I'm trying to find some alternative, eg. bottom up regulation from out the sector itself. Therefor I need to do some research on the (legal) position of non-governmental actors in international regulation.

Can someone help me find relevant information?
